Shipping Policy

We offer a flat $9.99 nationwide shipping fee for standard non-rural deliveries within New Zealand.

Orders are generally delivered within 2–4 working days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

We can deliver to PO Boxes. No deliveries take place on public holidays, and deliveries will not normally be made before 7:00am or after 8:00pm.

Combining a Cerveza Order with an Ay Caramba Order

If you already have an active Ay Caramba order that has not yet been dispatched, you do not need to pay shipping twice.

When placing your order on Cerveza, use the promo code AYCARAMBA at checkout and include your Ay Caramba order number in the order notes. Where possible, we will combine both orders into the same shipment.

Please note that the order values remain separate between Ay Caramba and Cerveza.

The value of your Cerveza order does not count toward Ay Caramba’s free-shipping threshold.

The AYCARAMBA promo code may only be used when you have a valid, active and unshipped Ay Caramba order. If the code is used without an eligible Ay Caramba order, we may contact you to collect the applicable shipping charge before dispatch or cancel the order.

Rural Deliveries

Additional charges may apply to rural addresses. If a rural surcharge applies to your order, we may contact you before dispatch to arrange payment.

Dispatch and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our direct control.

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct before placing your order. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may be passed on to the customer.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel is missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos so we can investigate with the courier.
