Introducing a small, one-off release from Ay Caramba.

This artesanal (handcrafted) Rustic Destilado de Agave is produced in Mexico using traditional methods and made from 100% agave. While crafted in the same spirit as tequila, it cannot be labelled as tequila due to denomination of origin regulations.

This is an unfiltered, rustic-style batch designed to showcase the true character of agave. As it has not been micro-filtered, you may notice slight natural agave sediment or fine fibres in the bottle. This is completely normal and part of its artisanal profile.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Herbal, fresh cooked agave, light pepper, smooth and balanced.
Palate: Gentle spice with pepper and mint notes, citrus lift, earthy undertones and a long, agave-forward finish.
Finish: Clean, bold and expressive with lingering cooked agave character.

With its strong agave presence and rustic complexity, this handcrafted spirit is perfect for margaritas, palomas or any agave-based cocktail where flavour matters.
